What's in each weekly list
Every site gets one card. This is a real card from the sample report (Sunridge Station, Wilmer, Dallas County).
- Who to call. A named person and their role at the company running the site, from public Texas Comptroller / Secretary of State records. A phone number or website is shown only when it's public. We never guess emails or phone numbers.
- Job type and size. Commercial, industrial, multifamily, single-family, public; acres; estimated start date.
- Opportunity estimate. A rule-of-thumb monthly value from acreage and project type (restroom units, roll-off pulls, temporary fence). An estimate, not a quote.
- Signals. Mobilizing now / in 2–4 weeks / in 30–90 days. New to DFW. Public project. National builder.
- Aerial photo and Google Maps link, plus a link to the public permit record so you can check everything yourself.
†"New to DFW" means we have no other DFW construction permit by this operator in our records (complete from Aug 2026; full 12-month history is still being backfilled). *Estimates are conservative rules of thumb; real needs vary by project phase.
How it works
We read the permit filings
Texas construction stormwater permits (TCEQ) are filed before ground is broken, so they show sites weeks before the trucks arrive. We pull them for the DFW area.
We add who and how big
We look up the company behind each site in public state records, size the job from the acreage, and add an aerial photo and a map link.
You get a weekly email
The new sites for your service area, ranked by size and timing. Pick up the phone, or send it to your crew.
Start dates are estimates from the permit filing. Always verify a site through the linked record before you drive out.

FAQ
Where does the data come from?
Public records: Texas state construction stormwater permits (TCEQ), public Texas Comptroller and Secretary of State business records for who runs each company, and public aerial imagery (USDA NAIP via USGS). Every card links to the permit record so you can check it.
How often is it updated?
We send a new list every week. Permit filings are checked on a rolling basis, so a site usually shows up soon after it's filed.
What areas do you cover?
Dallas–Fort Worth. The sample covers Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton and Ellis counties; tell us your ZIP codes or cities and we'll send the sites near you.
Will I get a phone number for every site?
No. Public filings often name a person and a company but no phone number, and we don't guess. When a phone or website is public, we include it.
Are the dollar figures quotes?
No. They're rough estimates from acreage and project type, meant to help you decide who to call first. Real needs change by phase.
Is there a contract?
No. Free sample, two free weekly updates, then $79/month, and you can cancel anytime.
Does SiteStart email the contractors for me?
No. We give you the lead and the contact; you make the call.
